How do I place an order?
Order Online - To purchase an item, simply click on the PayPal button on the ORDER page. Please include your satellite image selection and engraving text in the "Special Instructions" box. PayPal will prompt you for your personal information and payment details. After you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is in process.
Order By Phone - Orders may be placed over the phone by calling 703.209.1267. We're generally available 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (EST), Monday - Friday
When will I receive my order?
We make every attempt to ship your item(S) within 2-3 business days after your order is received. However, at times the turnaround is slower. If you are working under a strict deadline, please advise us of this at the time your order is placed. If your order involves customized engraving or box top branding, the turnaround time differs dependent on quantities and complexity of the artwork.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us for authorization to return items prior to shipping to receive full credit (less shipping). Returned items must be in their original condition. Custom orders are not returnable. We will do our best to ensure your merchandise arrives in excellent condition. If your order does not arrive in excellent condition, please contact us immediately. Claims for damage must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery. Packages must be returned with all packing materials.
