We make every attempt to ship your item(s) within 2-3 business days after your order is received. However, at times the turnaround time is slower. If you are working under a strict deadline, please advise us of this at the time your order is placed. If your order involves customized engraving, the turnaround time differs dependent on quantities and complexity of the artwork.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us for authorization to return items prior to shipping to receive full credit (less shipping). Returned items must be in their original condition. Custom orders are not returnable. We will do our best to ensure your merchandise arrives in excellent condition. If your order does not arrive in excellent condition, please contact us immediately. Claims for damage must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery. Packages must be returned with all packing materials.
