Glass Atlas today announces the acquisition of Summit, including its proprietary Productcaster platform, strengthening its capabilities across end-to-end digital transformation, performance marketing, consultancy and product data technology.

Founded in 1999, Summit  is a performance marketing and commerce consultancy specialising in retail and eCommerce. The business is recognised as a Google Premium Partner and has built a reputation for long-term client relationships and exceptional delivery at scale. Headquartered in Hull, Summit has built a strong team of retail specialists and a reputation for delivering consistent results for its clients. Summit works closely with clients across the full lifecycle of their digital commerce strategy, from planning through to execution and optimisation.

Productcaster, Summit’s proprietary technology platform, is one of Europe’s largest comparison shopping services (CSS), and its data feed management platform is growing exponentially in the AI-driven world. Supporting more than 500 brands and powering over 15 billion shopping clicks annually, the platform plays a central role in how retailers manage and optimise product data across digital channels, with strong adoption across European markets, including France and the Nordics. The platform underpins how clients manage and scale their product marketing activity, forming a core part of their ongoing digital infrastructure.

The acquisition brings Summit and its proprietary Productcaster platform into Glass Atlas. As an embedded part of clients’ marketing infrastructure, Productcaster enables greater product data optimisation, improved campaign execution, greater visibility, and lower acquisition costs, while creating a more integrated, long-term approach to performance.

The platform supports a broad client base, including Wickes, Silentnight, Arco, Tommee Tippee, Levi’s and IKEA.

The combined group’s clients now include American Golf, Footasylum, Cotton Traders, Richer Sounds, RNIB, St John Ambulance, and GoShorty.

The acquisition will bring the group’s headcount to approximately 240 and combined revenues to £22m. Glass Atlas is headquartered in Manchester and has a growing presence across the UK and Ireland.

The acquisition marks another strategic step in Glass Atlas’ growth journey, following investment from Foresight Group and the group’s previous acquisitions of Brave the Skies, Bring Digital, and This is Digital.

Jon Woodall, CEO of Glass Atlas, said:

“Summit is a business I’ve respected for a long time. It’s built on strong fundamentals. A clear specialism in retail, long-standing client relationships, and a great track record of delivery.

Productcaster adds an important layer of proprietary technology. As performance marketing becomes increasingly data and automation-driven, having that capability in-house is critical to how we support clients across their broader commerce strategy.

This acquisition strengthens the platform and positions us well for the next phase of growth.”

Martin Corcoran, CEO of Summit & Productcaster, said:

“This marks an important step for Summit. We’ve focused on building a great business with a clear proposition in retail marketing. As part of Glass Atlas, we’re well positioned to continue that growth with access to broader capabilities and technology.

Productcaster has developed into a scaled platform supporting a large number of retailers across Europe. Being part of Glass Atlas provides the opportunity to continue investing in the product and extending its reach.”

The acquisition reflects Glass Atlas’ strategy of building a proven platform combining digital transformation, performance marketing and proprietary technology, with an emphasis on recurring revenue, long-term client partnerships, and operational excellence.

The acquisition was completed on 16th April 2026.
